The Carl Sandburg College volleyball team was dealt its second straight loss to a ranked team Wednesday, falling 25-19, 25-10, 25-18 at No. 19 Sauk Valley.
Carley Reeves-Eakins (Branson, Mo./Reeds Spring) and Gracie Rademaker (Green Valley, Ill./Midwest Central) each had a team-best six kills for the Chargers (4-3). Reeves-Eakins also led Sandburg with nine digs, while Rademaker, Jerzi Johnson (Monmouth, Ill./United) and Laney Chiaravalle (Peoria, Ill./Limestone) posted two blocks apiece.
Setter Carmyn Baldwin (Lewistown, Ill./Lewistown) had 12 assists for the Chargers.
